Lineup is subscription software for barbershops. By using the service you agree to these terms and to use Lineup lawfully.

No booking fees. Lineup never charges your clients a fee to book an appointment. Guests pay your shop directly at the chair. Your subscription covers the software only.

Trial. Every plan includes a 7-day full-feature trial with no card required. After the trial, choose Solo ($5), Shop ($29), or Studio ($99) to keep your booking page live. If a trial ends without subscription, your booking page may go offline until you activate a plan.

Billing. Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe unless you choose annual billing. You authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.

Cancellation. You may cancel any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse Lineup, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid after notice.

Liability. Lineup is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
