Refunds

Lineup subscriptions are billed monthly. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds as no payment is collected during the trial.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@lineup.buzz within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
